Day 01 HANOI ARRIVAL

Upon arrival to Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide holding a sign with your name on it. After you collect your luggage, will lead the way to your awaiting vehicle. The distance is about 35km far from Hanoi city center and it’s approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour to transfer

Hanoi or “River-bound City” as its name literally means is Vietnam’s capital with a thousand-year-old history dating back to 1010. The city’s fascinating beauty, which is characterized by unique cultural relics, ancient streets of antique houses, elegant French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards, and romantic lakes has made it one of the most charming cities of Asia.

Day 02 FULL DAY HANOI CITY TOUR

Morning, start a full day city tour beginning with the Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder. Explore Ba Dinh Square, an important point of pilgrimage for many Vietnamese, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the rural style Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts where he lived and worked. Stop by one of Hanoi’s icons, the One Pillar Pagoda, built in the 11th Century in dedication to Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara or Buddha of Compassion and reminiscent of a lotus blossom rising from a pond. Continue to the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam, built in 1070 by the Ly Dynasty to honor Confucius, sages, and outstanding Vietnamese scholars. Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which contains a rich collection of audio-visual documentation and more than 15,000 artifacts including life-size traditional houses depicting all aspects of life, culture, customs, and belief of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam. Move on to one of the following museums of choice namely Hoa Lo museum, which is the leftover of the French Central Prison built in 1896 to detain Vietnamese political prisoners, the Museum of Fine Arts, Vietnamese Women’s Museum, the National Museum of Vietnamese History or the Museum of Revolution. Afterwards, visit Hoan Kiem Lake or “Returned Sword Lake” which originated from a legend of a sacred sword. On an islet in the lake, there locates Ngoc Son Temple which is accessible by a classically red painted wooden bridge. End of tour, back to hotel.

Day 03 HANOI - HA LONG OVERNIGHT ON BOAT

Following breakfast leave Hanoi for a 4-hour drive to Ha Long Bay including a 20-minutes stop on the way. Arrive at the jetty in Ha Long City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. Be welcomed onboard and have lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.

Day 04 HA LONG - TRANSFER BACK HANOI - FLIGHT TO HUE

Enjoy the fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Ha Long in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruise slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark and transfer back to Noi Bai International Airport for flight to Hue.

Day 05 FULL-DAY HUE CITY TOUR WITH LUNCH

Morning, our guide picks you up at your hotel then you will take a full-day tour of Hue City, the former Imperial Capital of Vietnam for the 1802-1945 period and the last refuge of Vietnamese feudalism. The city’s beauty is characterized by a natural scenic landscape and an extensive variety of historical relics. Begin with Hue Citadel, a well-known UNESCO-recognized World Heritage Site which is a 520-ha fortress-like grand complex built in the early 1800s and featuring three enclosures separated by heavy ramparts namely Kinh Thanh Hue (Civic City) as the outer, Hoang Thanh (Royal City) as the middle and Tu Cam Thanh (Forbidden City) as the inner. Next, move on to Khai Dinh Tomb, the burial site of Vietnam’s second-to-last king, and the most elaborate compared to other kings’ tombs. The tomb shows a vivid European influence in architecture despite its Asian style. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, take a dragon boat cruise along the Perfume River to enjoy the open view of the river and beautiful landscape along the banks. On the way, drop a visit to Thien Mu pagoda, an active Buddhist monastery overlooking the river from a vantage point with its origin dating back to 1601. Then transfer by car to Minh Mang Tomb, where the 2nd Emperor of the Nguyen dynasty was buried. Last, stop for shopping at Dong Ba market, which is the city's traditional commercial center.

Day 06 HUE - TRANSFER TO HOI AN - HALF DAY CITY TOUR DANANG

Our tour guide will meet & pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to Hoi An in an air-conditioned vehicle.

On the way, you will take Half a day for a city tour in Danang. First, you will visit Marble Mountain, a group of limestone and marble hills filled with caves. Travel to the top and gaze upon the city, seeing new high-rise buildings standing alongside traditional wooden houses. Then explore the mountain’s main cave to see a beautiful Buddha statue built in the Cham style.

The tour ends with a visit to the Cham Museum. Browse the remarkable collection of Cham sculptures and artefacts dating from the 7th to 15th century. Following the visit to the museum, transfer to Hotel in Hoi An. Check in hotel. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An .

Day 07 FULL DAY HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN & MY SON WITH LUNCH

Morning, meet our guide at your hotel and transfer about 40 km West of Hoi An to visit My Son Sanctuary, another UNESCO-recognized world heritage which was once a religious center of Cham people where royal ceremonies and burials were performed. The site now is a colony of partially ruined Hindu temples from the total of 70 constructed by Cham Kings between the 4th and the 14th Centuries in dedication to god Shiva. It is regarded one of the foremost Hindu temple complexes in Southeast Asia and is often compared with other temple heritages of Southeast Asia such as Angkor in Cambodia, Ayuthaya in Thailand, or Borobudur in Java. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, discover the charm of Hoi An as a renowned World Heritage Site. Once a bustling maritime commercial port of Asia between 15th and 19th centuries, Hoi An is now a peaceful town of exceptionally well-preserved architecture, lifestyles, and traditions. The town exemplifies a fascinating fusion of cultures between Vietnam and the outside world including China, Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines. Highlights for sightseeing include the town’s iconic 400-year-old Covered Bridge with a small temple attached to one side as a prominent example of Japanese architecture, the Museum of Trade Ceramics which is an elegant Vietnamese style wooden house built in 1858 showcasing antique ceramic artifacts, the 200-year-old Tan Ky House typifying an ancient Chinese merchant residence and Ong Temple built in 1653 by Chinese settlers to worship Guan Yu, an ancient Chinese general whose character stands for loyalty, bravery and justice.

Day 08 HOI AN - TRANSFER TO DANANG - FLIGHT TO SAIGON - HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Our guide & driver will be waiting for you at hotel lobby then transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang city by private car. You will take flight to Saigon; it takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to local restaurant for lunch.

Ho Chi Minh City formerly named Saigon is the largest city and economic center of Vietnam always bustled with activities of modern life. It is where businesses converge, and shoppers indulge themselves into unlimited choices. Streets are filled with endless stream of motorbikes, cars, while the sky is dotted with towering skyscrapers, rooftop bars that overlook Saigon and beyond. However, the city also carries with it a rich historical legacy in contrast with its dazzling glamor. There is also another Saigon that hasn’t been touched. Let’s step out from those hustles and bustle and allow us to show you this serene Saigon. Come and see before the city fully awakes & the locals hurry up for life. It’s surprisingly enchanting and stimulating!

After that, you take half day city tour to visit outside of Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica a neo-Roman cathedral (renovating until 2022) built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported from Marseilles. Discover the magnificent neo-Romanesque architecture as you take in the tranquil atmosphere inside.

At the opposite Central Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, learn about this significant landmark — the busiest post office in Vietnam. Admire the neoclassical-style of the post office interior as your guide points out the painted maps of former Saigon, once the capital of South Vietnam. Saigon Central Post Office was designed and constructed in the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel.

Last but not least, we will visit Ben Thanh market, you have free time to shopping. Then, back to hotel.

Day 09 FULL DAY HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR & CU CHI TUNNELS

Morning, meet our guide at your hotel and transfer about 75 km Northwest of downtown Ho Chi Minh City to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were once a major underground hideout and resistance base of Viet Cong forces during the two wars against the French and the Americans. The tunnels, entirely hand-dug, formed a highly intricate network of interlinked multilevel passageways at times stretched as far as the Cambodian border and totaling over 120 km in length. Its complexity was beyond imagination containing meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, schools, depots, trenches, and emergency exits all aimed for guerrilla warfare. The tunnels were deep and strong enough to withstand destructive bombings and self-contained enough to outlast prolonged sieges. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, tour in Saigon starting first with Reunification Palace, which was formerly the South Vietnam President’s residence and symbol of the Southern Administration’s reign until end of April 1975. Move on to Cho Lon or the city’s China Town where you will visit the Jade Emperor Temple (Phuoc Hai), a rare Taoist structure in Vietnam built in 1909 in dedication to the Lord of Heaven. Day 10 FULL DAY BEN TRE TOUR

Morning, you will driver to Ben Tre. On arrival in Hung vương Pier, boating on Ben Tre river – one of tributaries of Mekong river- is along mangrove tree from town to country. Witness lively activities in morning as fishing, coconut cargo boats carrying on river. Stop at traditional brickwork to see how to make bricks by hand. Go on by boat to My Long village, walking to hamlet to see making rice paper and enjoy some rice cake. Turn on Cai Son canal winding through coconut jungle, visit coconut workshop, have a look stages of coconut processing from husk off, prize out to peel out by hand. Go on small waterway and stop at coconut candy mill, enjoy some fruits, honey tea, and listen to local music as well. Continue short walking to visit farmer house who making sleepmats.

Cycle rural tracks or drive tuktuk through coconut grove, vegetable plains (cucumber, bitter melon...). Keep going by rowboat on shady palm tree canal and stop for lunch at riverside restaurant. Boating back pier by motorboat. Back to Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 11 HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE - FLIGHT TO SIEM REAP - HALF DAY FLOATING VILLAGE

Our tour guide will meet and pick you up at your hotel to transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport on air-conditioned vehicle for flight to Siem Reap.

Upon arrival in Siem Reap Airport, you are warmly welcomed by our driver and a friendly local guide for a pickup then transfer to your comfortable hotel for check in. The room will be ready at 14:00PM (Official check in time). Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, we excursion to visit the floating village of Chong Kneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is same as a big village floating on the lake, and the "village" move from place-to-place following water levels and current. Transfer back hotel. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 12 FULL DAY ANGKOR WAT TOUR WITHOUT LUNCH

After breakfast at hotel, we go out to visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Continue visit Ta Prohm Temple, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. The temple of Ta Prohm was once used as a location in the famous Hollywood film Tomb Raider. Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 13 SIEM REAP DEPARTURE

Breakfast at your hotel. Free on your own leisure until the time our driver and guide pick up for a transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure (Based on your departure flight).
