Step 1: Designing your trip
- Use the form below to tell us what you want for your trip, like how many people are going and when you want to travel. We’ll create a first travel plan based on that. Let us know what you think about it, and we’ll keep adjusting it until it’s exactly what you want.
Step 2: Complete the booking
- Once you accept the travel plan, secure your trip by placing a deposit. Following the deposit, we organize all the services for your personalized trip and provide you with a confirmation. The full payment is required at least one month before your trip begins.
Step 3: During your trip
- Stay connected with your travel expert via WhatsApp or directly with our local tour guide and operators throughout your journey. Whether you seek travel tips, encounter issues on the way, we are available to assist you

Certainly, a visa is necessary for entry into Vietnam, but it’s important to note that not all citizens are required to obtain one. You can apply for an e-visa or a visa on arrival, and it is crucial to make these arrangements before your trip. Apple Travel can assist in facilitating the visa process for your personalized Vietnam journey. For additional information, please refer to our Vietnam information page.
About the travel proposal
The proposal is fully customizable, allowing adjustments to accommodations, activities, destinations, and transportation. There are no predefined limits on the number of adjustments you can make. However, we will provide honest feedback on the feasibility and practicality of each requested change. This ensures that any modifications align with your preferences while considering logistical constraints and sensible planning.
During the booking process, we conduct a thorough check to ascertain the availability of the proposed accommodation on the specified date. In instances where the proposed hotel is available, we secure the reservation with a guarantee. In situations where the proposed accommodation is not available, we proceed to book an alternative hotel. This alternative is selected based on comparability in terms of budget, location, hotel type, and reviews, ensuring that it aligns closely with the original proposal.
Booking & payments
Apple Travel has two options; by credit card and by bank transfer.
- For bank transfers we have an European IBAN account, Australian bank account, US bank account and British bank account, without any addition fees or costs.
- For credit card payments, our bank charges a fee of 4.3%. Down payments on the trip are possible on request.
It is certainly possible to pay in installments. Please contact us in advance to arrange the payments that best suit you.
The travel documents consist of an extensive day-to-day program with contact details, welcome sign, flight / train tickets, group list, feedback, menu, gift set if available.
During the trip
Certainly, while you’re in Vietnam, our local team will be there to help you with any questions or issues you may have. This makes sure your trip is smooth and personalized.
To stay connected while on the trip, we communicate with our clients through our tour guide every day. You can also reach us by phone. Our team is fluent in English and Vietnamese, so language won’t be a barrier.
Modification of the itinerary during the trip is subject to certain conditions. While it is beneficial to establish a flexible daily program in advance, it is not recommended unless circumstances are unforeseeable or urgent. In the event that a client still desires to alter the schedule, fees will be applied based on availability, and refunds will not be granted.
